About the position

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to help us go above and beyond as we continue to accelerate our journey. Your day-to-day tasks will include supporting the business in all things legal, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, financing and security documentation, assisting in debt and security structuring, assisting in tax structuring, fund management, communicating with external stakeholders and law firms and much more.

You will report directly to our Head of Legal and work in close collaboration with our founders and other functions within the company.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

Have a Nordic or Common Law degree and 4-7 years of relevant experience from the financial sector, such as a top-tier law firm, fund or bank; with
Documented experience from debt and security structuring, financing and security documentation and other financing related legal matters; and

In addition to this, we’d be happy to see:

Experience from asset backed financing, funds or investments, car mobility and the automotive industry and/or asset backed financing company;
Experience from global corporate tax;
A second degree in business, finance and/or economics.
