We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to help us go above and beyond as we continue to accelerate our journey. Your day-to-day tasks will include supporting the business in all things legal, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, financing and security documentation, assisting in debt and security structuring, assisting in tax structuring, fund management, communicating with external stakeholders and law firms and much more.
You will report directly to our Head of Legal and work in close collaboration with our founders and other functions within the company.
