Your character – An experienced legal professional with a strong drive to succeed
You have a Swedish Master of Law degree (Sw: juristkandidatexamen), and at least five years’ experience working at a reputable business law firm, or within a corporate in-house legal organization with international matters. You also have the legal experience to allow you to act independently and find legally adequate solutions to new and various situations. You have solid experience from independently negotiating a variety of commercial agreements and experience from M&A, competition law and digitalization matters are advantageous. As we act in a global setting, you need excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, while proficiency in Swedish and German is beneficial.
We place great value on your personality in this recruitment, characterized by your practical, analytical and decisive mindset. You are a team player with a strong drive to get things done. You gain trust both by building long-term relationships and by offering advice and guidance based on legal experience, sound judgment and thorough business understanding.
At Sandvik, we strongly believe that diversity of experience, perspective and background will lead to a better environment for our employees, our business and, thereby, our customers.
