About the position

We’re looking for an experienced legal professional to join our competent and experienced team as Head of Legal to help us go above and beyond as we continue to accelerate our journey. As Head of Legal, you will support all aspects of the business and play an important role in the success and growth of the company. You’ll be responsible for all matters legal and will be supported by our experienced founders as well as external legal partners and other legal professionals.

Your day-to-day tasks will include supporting the business in all things legal, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, structuring, tax and other related matters, communication with and managing external stakeholders and law firms, supporting the board and much more.

You’ll be based in Stockholm, with business trips occurring from time to time, and will report directly to our CEO.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced lawyer with at least 7-10 years of experience within the financial sector, preferably from a top tier law firm, fund or bank. If you have experience from funds and investments, asset backed financing and/or global corporate tax, we’d consider it a bonus.
